- 37% are from core WordPress
- 11% are from WordPress themes
Around 76% of WordPress users don’t have an up to date backup of their WordPress website.
If you host with a reliable hosting company, you will automatically have 2 weeks worth of backups stored on the server but the question is, are these backups free of malware and malicious code? This is why we need to enable website security and backups that are hopefully free of malware.

- Your website needs to be maintained,
- Server software needs to be kept up to date,
- WordPress version needs to be kept up to date,
- Php version updates.
- Your installed WordPress Plugins need to be kept up to date,
- Your Websites WordPress Theme needs to be kept up to date.
